Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Can I modify my order?
Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email email@example.com within 24 hours after placing your order and we will do our best to help!
Which payment options do I have?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card. You can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are set in US Dollars, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you place an order and realize you would like to cancel, please contact us within that same day. If we process the order already, we cannot cancel the order.
Just send us an email and if the order has not been processed then we can cancel it very easily.
What if my order is defective?
We always try to bring the best quality products to our customers. However, there are occasionally situations that occur.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us about your problem and don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the problem.
You may return the product to get a full refund or we can send a replacement, your choice. Please note that you can only choose 1 of 2 options above, and it is the final solution for your request.
What if I provided the wrong address?
In case of providing us an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com and provide us your correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you.
If your order was already shipped out, we are really sorry that we are not able to change it for you.
